In this video recipe, I'm sharing a Piquant recipe Poha Potato Finger snacks. You will never forget it's taste once you will eat. This fingers has great combination with tea or any lemonade drinks. After this you're not gonna like any other namkeens.
So, let's so start making our Poha Potato Fingers without wasting any time...
- 4 spoon Grinded Poha (पिसा पोहा)
- 2 spoon Gram Flour / Besan (बेसन)
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt (काला नमक)
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला)
- 1/2 tsp Pizza Pasta Seasoning (पिज्जा पास्ता मसाला)
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
- 1 cup Chopped Mint or Coriander Leaves (कटा हुआ पुदीना या धनिया पत्तियां)
- Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)
- Then add 4 spoon Grinded Poha or Rice,
- 2 spoon Gram Flour (Besan),
- 1/4 tsp Black Salt,
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala,
- 1/2 tsp Pizza Pasta Seasoning,
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder,
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala,
- And 1 cup chopped Mint or Coriander leaves
- Now knead the mixture to make dough
- Do not add water, if required then add few drops of cooking oil
- Then take small portion of dough and roll it to cylindrical shape
- Once all fingers are ready
- Then take a pan to heat and add 200ml of cooking oil to deep fry
- When oil heats enough then put fingers 1-by-1 into pan
- Turn the flame to medium
- Stir and spin the fingers to fry all sides equally
- Fry until gets crispier then take out
- Fry other fingers in same way if left any
- Serve with Green Sauce, Tomato Ketchup or Enjoy with Tea
