- Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)

- Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)

- Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)

- Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)

- Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)

- Cumin Seeds (जीरा)

- Cinnamon (दालचीनी)

- Onion (प्याज)

- Carrot (गाजर)

- Peas (मटर)

- French Beans (फ्रेंच बीन्स)

- Salt (नमक)

- Veg Biryani or Garam Masala (वेज बिरयानी या गरम मसाला)
