Aaj ke iss video mein main burger ki recipe share kar rahi hoon. Wo burger jo hum sabko bahut pasand hai. Bachon ko to pucho hi mat. Wo to isske deewane hote hai. Ye burger ke recipe dekhne ke baad aap hamesha khud se hi burger hamesha banaoge. Kyon ki ye swad me bahut hi tasty hai. Aap online ya store ke kharidna to bhool hi jayenge.

In this video recipe, I'm sharing a delicious burger recipe. Burger is most loved and favourite dish to all of us. And Kids are huge fan of burger. Believe me you will forget buying burger from any online or offline store since you will cook once at home. Following my recipe will make you fan of yourself and won't forget taste of your own hand made burger.

So, let's so start making our favourite delicious burger without wasting any time...


## Ingredients:
- 1 pkt (4 pcs) Burger Bun
- 2 Boiled Potatoes (उबले हुए आलू)
- 2 tbsp Soaked Poha (भिगोया हुआ पोहा)
- 50 gm Grated Cabbage (कद्दूकस की हुई गोभी)
- 50 gm Grated Carrot (कद्दूकस की हुई गाजर)
- 50 gm Boiled Peas (उबले मटर)
- 1 Grated Onion (कसा हुआ प्याज)
- 1/2 Green Capsicum (हरी शिमला मिर्च)
- 2 Sliced Green Chillies (कटा हुआ हरी मिर्च)
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पावडर)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
- 1 Cup Grated Bread (कद्दूकस की हुई ब्रेड)
- 1 tbsp Maida / Refined Flour (मैदा)
- 2 Pinch of Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
- And Salt to taste (स्वादअनुसार नमक)
- Small cabbage or few stems of lettuce (पत्तागोभी या लेट्यूस लीव्स)
- Sliced onions and tomatoes (प्याज और टमाटर)

## Recipe to make delicious veg burgers:

- Fine crush 2 boiled potatoes in a big bowl
- Theh add 2 tbsp of soaked Poha,
- 50 gm of grated Cabbage,
- 50 gm of grated Carrot,
- 1 grated Onion,
- 1/2 chopped Green Capsicum,
- 50 gm of boiled Peas,
- 2 sliced Green Chillies (optional),
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder,
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder,
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala,
- And salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
- Also top-up with Breadcrumbs (Grated 3 piece of Brown Breads)
- Now, mash all the ingredients and make dough
- No need to add water, all veggies will help to make dough
- In this mixture 10-12 tikkis will be made (reduce qty. as per your need)
- Or refrigerate extras for later use
- Now, let's make Refined Flour (Maida) batter
- For this, take an another small bowl
- Then add 2 tbsp of Maida,
- 2 pinch of Salt,
- 2 pinch of Black Pepper Powder,
- And add 20-30 ml of water to make thick batter
- Spin using a spoon to make fine solution
- Make more breadcrumb by rough grinding 3 more Brown Breads
- Now, We will start making burger tikkis
- Make tikkis equal or small in burger's width
- Take some veg mixture dough, roll it and press to give circular shape
- And dip into Maida solution to quote
- After that we will add another layer of breadcrumb
- Quote tikki by wrapping up breadcrumb
- And press tikki to give strong binding to breadcrumb
- This way, breadcrumb won't fall in oil during frying
- Similarly make all tikkis
- Now we will deep fry all tikkis
- Take a pan and let this preheat with quarter filled with cooking oil
- In few seconds check if oil is heat enough to fry tikkis
- Fry all tikkis on medium flame
- Flip upside down in few seconds to fry both sides equally
- Fry until tikkis gets crispier
- When tikkis fried, then we will move on to burger bun
- Take a burger bun and cut in two horizontally (separate top & bottom part)
- Now put a fry pan on burner with some butter spreaded
- Then roast burger bun evenly all sides
- Once burger buns roasted, we will make sauce
- Take a small bowl and add 1 grated cucumber,
- Then add 2 spoon mayonnaise,
- 1 tsp Pizza Pasta Seasoning,
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes (optional),
- And 2 spoon Tomato Ketchup
- Then stir and mix well all using a spoon
- Then take bottom part of a burger bun and spread cucumber mixture on it all around
- Then put a fried tikki over it
- Cover tikki from few cabbage or lettuce,
- Top Up with sliced onion and tomato, then a cheese slice
- Now we will spread the cucumber paste on top part of burger bun
- Put the top part on top of all, then give a light press
- Repeat the same process to make more burgers
