Restaurant Style Chilli Paneer | रेस्तरां स्टाइल चिल्ली पनीर | Recipe

Hello Friends,
Aaj ke iss video mein main Chilli Paneer banane wali hoon wo bhi ekdum restaurant style mein. Isse khane ke baad aap ye kahenge ki mujhe pehle kyun nahin bataya. Yaho chilli paneer restaurant mein bahut hi mahenga milta hao jo sabhi afford nahin kar sakte hai. Lekin ghar pe banana bahut hi aasan aur sasta bhi hai.

To chaliye bina der kiye hum apna favourite chilli paneer banana suru karte hain....

Ingredients:
- 200gm Cheese (पनीर)
- 3 tsp Corn Flour (मक्के का आटा)
- Salt to taste (नमक स्वादअनुसार)
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 200ml Refined Oil (रिफाइंड तेल)
- 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (लहसुन अदरक पेस्ट)
- 3 Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)
- 1 Onion (प्याज)
- 1 Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च)
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce (डार्क सोया सॉस)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस)
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)

Steps:
- Take 200gm Paneer and Cut side by in two
- Then slice in small pieces in cube shape
- Take a bowl and add 2 tsp of Corn Flour
- Add a pinch of Salt
- And 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Stir by a spoon and mix all evenly
- Then dip each pieces of cheese in this corn flour mixture
- And quote thick layer of corn flour evenly in all sides
- In few seconds, Corn mixture will soak most of the cheese water and changes color
- This works as strong adhesive
- Corn Mixture left in bowl will be used later to make gravy
- Now we will deep fry all the cheese pieces
- To deep fry we will use a fry pan, quarter filled with cooking oil
- Once oil is heat, move all the cheese pieces into pan to fry
- Fry on medium flame till chesse gets crispier & turns golden in color
- No need to over fry, just fry for 30-35 seconds
- Take out once shallow fried
- After that we will prepare gravy for chilli paneer
- To make gravy we will again use a pan
- Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil
- And 1 tsp Garliv Ginger paste when oil heats
- Add 3 horizontally sliced Green Chillies
- Fry for 10-15 seconds on medium flame
- Then add 1 chopped Onion and Green Capsicum
- Fry for 2 more minutes with Onion and Capsicum
- After 2 minutes we will add sauces
- Like 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce and 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- Fry again for 1 minute on medium flame
- After 1 minute turn the flame to low
- And add 30-40ml of water to left Corn Flour mixture
- Stir & mix the flour into water very well
- When mixed well, then pour the corn mixture into pan
- Mix and let this cook for 10-15 seconds
- After 10-15 seconds add 1/4 Salt (or to taste)
- Also add 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Mix everything and let this fry for 10-15 seconds on low flame
- Then add fried cheese pieces into pan
- And mix all to quote gravy on cheese pieces
- Turn the flame to medium and fry for 10-15 seconds more
- And close the pan lid for a minute and wait until vegs cooks a bit
- After a minute our Chilli Paneer will be ready to serve
- Turn off the burner and serve the chilli paneer
