Veg Masala Potato Balls | आलू मसाला पकोड़ा | 5 minutes recipe

Aaj main iss video mein bilkul hi naya or tasty nasta ki recipe share kar rahi hoon.
Ingredients:
- 3 Boiled Potatoes (उबले हुए आलू)
- 4 spoon Semolina (सूजी)
- 4 spoon Besan (बेसन)
- 1 cup Grated Cabbage (कसा हुआ गोभी)
- 1 cup Grated Onion (कसा हुआ प्याज)
- 1 cup Chopped French Beans (कटा हुआ फ्रेंच बीन्स)
- 1 Chopped Tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा चूर्ण)
- 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट)
- 1 cup Chopped Coriander or Mint leaves (कटा हरा धनिया या पुदीना)
- 1 cup Oats (जई)
- Salt to taste (नमक स्वादअनुसार)
Method:
- Mash all 3 boiled Potatoes in a bowl
- Then add 4 spoon Semolina,
- 4 spoon Gram Flour (Besan),
- 1 cup grated Cabbage,
- 1 cup grated Onion,
- 1 cup chopped French Beans,
- 1 chopped Tomato,
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder,
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder,
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder,
- 1 tsp Garam Masala,
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder,
- 1 tsp Garlic & Ginger Paste,
- Salt to taste,
- 1 cup chopped Coriander or Mint leaves
- Now mix everything by kneading to make dough
- Take 1 cup of Oats in a plate to quote the mixture balls
- Take some dough and make a small ball
- Then roll the ball on Oats to quote
- And press lightly to make oats stick into ball better
- Similarly make all the balls or fingers
- Take a pan with 1/4 filled by cooking oil and let this heat
- When oil heats, move the balls or fingers into oil to deep fry
- Keep the flame to medium
- Stir and wait until gets crispier
- It may take upto 2-3 minutes to crisp
- Take out in a plate
- Similarly fry the rest balls
- Sprinkle some chaat masala over it
- Serve with tomato sauce
