In this video I'm sharing a new recipe to cook Sago (Tapioca) Dessert Kheer. This dessert is so yummy and healthy.

Ingredients:
- 200 gm Soaked Big Sago (भिगोई हुई साबूदाना)
- 1.5 ltr Milk (दूध)
- 200 gm Sugar (चीनी)
- 1 tsp Ghee (घी)
- 20-25 Almonds (बादाम)
- 15-20 Cashews (काजू)
- 10-12 Raisins (किशमिश)
- Pinch of Saffron (केसर)

Method:
- Take 200 gm Overnight Soaked Big Sago
- Take a pot and add 1.5 ltr of Milk
- And let this boil
- Since Milk is boiling let's fry dry fruits
- Take a fry pan and let this heat, then add 1 tsp of Ghee
- We need sliced 20-25 Almonds and 15-20 Cashew with 10-12 Raisins
- Add almonds first into pan to fry with Ghee
- Turn the flame to medium and fry for 10-15 seconds
- Then add sliced 15-20 Cashew and fry for 10-15 seconds this too
- And take out in a plate once fried
- Then roast Raisins for 3-4 seconds alone and take out
- Now get back to boiling Milk and add soaked Sago
- Stir and mix well to prevent stickiness to pot bottom
- Take out 1 cup of boiling Milk into a bowl and mix a pinch of Saffron
- Stir and mix Saffron into Milk and keep aside for a moment
- Stir and mix boiling Milk and Sago as well
- Now turn the flame into low and let it cook for 4-5 more minutes
- After 4-5 minutes check the Sago and mix
- Take out a spoon of cooking Sago and crush any one to check if it is cooked well or not
- If it is cooked then pour Saffron Milk into boiling Milk
- Also add fried dry fruits
- Stir and mix well
- Then add 200 gm of Sugar or as per your taste
- And cook for a minute by continue stirring
- Then turn off the flame and close the lid and let it rest for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes remove the lid and stir well
- Now Kesari Sago Kheer is ready to serve
