Preparation Time: 10-12 mins
Serving: 4-5 People
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
- 2 cup Fine Flour/Maida (मैदा)
- 1/2 tsp Celery (अजवायन)
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste (नमक)
- Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)
- 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट)
- 2 pcs Chopped Green Chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च)
- 2 pcs Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज)
- 1 pcs Chopped Carrot (कटा हुआ गाजर)
- 1 pcs Chopped Capsicum (कटा हुआ शिमला मिर्च)
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce (सोया सॉस)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस)
- 1 tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
- 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce (टोमेटो सॉस)
- 100 gm Cheese/Paneer (पनीर)
- 2 pinch Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
- Some Chopped Coriander Leaves (कटा हुआ हरा धनिया)
- 6-8 tsp Mayonnaise (मेयोनेज़)
- 2 pcs Lemon (नींबू)
- 4-5 pcs Tissue or Butter Paper (ऊतक या बटर पेपर)
Method:
- Take a bowl and add 1 cup Wheat Flour and 1 cup Fine Flour (Maida),
- Add 1/2 tsp Celery and 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- Mix them all well and add water as required to make dough
- "Dough will be little softer than regular bread dough"
- Knead after adding water to make softer dough
- At last add few drops of cooking oil to dough then knead and mix
- By doing so, dough will be more softer
- When done, cover the bowl and let this rest for 5 minutes
- While dough is resting, let's continue to prepare stuffings
- For this add 3 tsp of cooking oil in a pan and let this preheat
- When pan and oil is heated, add 1 tsp of Garlic & Ginger paste
- And saute for 30 seconds
- Add 2 pcs chopped Green Chillies and saute for 3-4 seconds,
- Then add veggies, 1 pcs medium chopped Onion,
- 1 pcs medium carrot chopped as stick,
- And 1 pcs medium chopped Capsicum
- Saute all for a minute on medium flame
- Then add 1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- Stir to mix well with veggies
- After that close the lid for 30-40 seconds and turn the flame to low
- Then remove the lid and stir to mix well again
- And add 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp Vinegar
- And mix them all well for few seconds
- Then add 100 gm of cheese(paneer), sliced in small cube,
- And Stir to saute for 10-15 seconds,
- Then add 2 pinch of Black Pepper Powder (or crushed) and mix
- Now turn off the flame
- And sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and mix
- Then take out stuffing in a bowl
- Now get back to resting dough
- By now it must have become very soft
- Knead it again, and let's start making breads
- Take some part of dough,
- And quote in fine flour (maida) then shape it like a ball
- Again quote in fine flour and roll it like a bread (plain disc)
- Spread 2 tsp of cooking oil on a pre-heating fry pan
- And place the bread in fry pan
- Flip the bread many times and let it cook properly
- Keep pressing hard to prevent vaporizing inside
- Do not let it rise like regular wheat bread
- Following the same process cook all breads
- Once all cooked, will continue to making rolls
- To do so, take a bread and spread 1 tsp of Tomato Sauce all around
- Then put some prepared stuffing in center of the bread,
- And also sprinkle some fine chopped onion,
- Add 1-2 tsp of Mayonnaise,
- Squeeze half of the Lemon juice
- And finally fold the bread carefully from both sides in center
- And wrap it up by a tissue or butter paper

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा)
- 2 cup Fine Flour/Maida (मैदा)
- 1/2 tsp Celery (अजवायन)
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste (नमक)
- Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)
- 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट)
- 2 pcs Chopped Green Chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च)
- 2 pcs Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज)
- 1 pcs Chopped Carrot (कटा हुआ गाजर)
- 1 pcs Chopped Capsicum (कटा हुआ शिमला मिर्च)
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce (सोया सॉस)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस)
- 1 tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
- 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce (टोमेटो सॉस)
- 100 gm Cheese/Paneer (पनीर)
- 2 pinch Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
- Some Chopped Coriander Leaves (कटा हुआ हरा धनिया)
- 6-8 tsp Mayonnaise (मेयोनेज़)
- 2 pcs Lemon (नींबू)
- 4-5 pcs Tissue or Butter Paper (ऊतक या बटर पेपर)
Method:
- Take a bowl and add 1 cup Wheat Flour and 1 cup Fine Flour (Maida),
- Add 1/2 tsp Celery and 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- Mix them all well and add water as required to make dough
- "Dough will be little softer than regular bread dough"
- Knead after adding water to make softer dough
- At last add few drops of cooking oil to dough then knead and mix
- By doing so, dough will be more softer
- When done, cover the bowl and let this rest for 5 minutes
- While dough is resting, let's continue to prepare stuffings
- For this add 3 tsp of cooking oil in a pan and let this preheat
- When pan and oil is heated, add 1 tsp of Garlic & Ginger paste
- And saute for 30 seconds
- Add 2 pcs chopped Green Chillies and saute for 3-4 seconds,
- Then add veggies, 1 pcs medium chopped Onion,
- 1 pcs medium carrot chopped as stick,
- And 1 pcs medium chopped Capsicum
- Saute all for a minute on medium flame
- Then add 1/4 tsp Salt (or to taste)
- Stir to mix well with veggies
- After that close the lid for 30-40 seconds and turn the flame to low
- Then remove the lid and stir to mix well again
- And add 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp Vinegar
- And mix them all well for few seconds
- Then add 100 gm of cheese(paneer), sliced in small cube,
- And Stir to saute for 10-15 seconds,
- Then add 2 pinch of Black Pepper Powder (or crushed) and mix
- Now turn off the flame
- And sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and mix
- Then take out stuffing in a bowl
- Now get back to resting dough
- By now it must have become very soft
- Knead it again, and let's start making breads
- Take some part of dough,
- And quote in fine flour (maida) then shape it like a ball
- Again quote in fine flour and roll it like a bread (plain disc)
- Spread 2 tsp of cooking oil on a pre-heating fry pan
- And place the bread in fry pan
- Flip the bread many times and let it cook properly
- Keep pressing hard to prevent vaporizing inside
- Do not let it rise like regular wheat bread
- Following the same process cook all breads
- Once all cooked, will continue to making rolls
- To do so, take a bread and spread 1 tsp of Tomato Sauce all around
- Then put some prepared stuffing in center of the bread,
- And also sprinkle some fine chopped onion,
- Add 1-2 tsp of Mayonnaise,
- Squeeze half of the Lemon juice
- And finally fold the bread carefully from both sides in center
- And wrap it up by a tissue or butter paper
