Hello Friends,
In today's video I'm sharing recipe to cook "Mix Veg Paneer & Soya Chinese Fry Rice". It's very tempting and loved dish in China and India. So much easy to cook with healthy veggies and paneer with Indian Basmati Rice. After cooking it's aroma pulls everyones to itself.


Ingredients:
------------

- 1 cup Basmati Rice (बासमती चावल)
- 1 tsp Salt (नमक)
- 4 tbsp Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)
- 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट)
- 1 nos Chopped Green Chillies (कटी हुई हरी मिर्च)
- 1 nos Chopped Onion (कटा हुआ प्याज)
- 1 cup Peeled Peas (छीला हुआ मटर)
- 1 cup Chopped Carrot (कटा हुआ गाजर)
- 1 nos Chopped Small Capsicum (कटी हुई शिमला मिर्च)
- 1 cup Chopped French Beans (कटा हुआ फ्रेंच बीन्स)
- 50 gm Soaked Soya Chunks (भिगोया सोया बड़ी)
- 50 gm Cheese (पनीर)
- 1 tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
- 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce (डार्क सोया सॉस)
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस)
- 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Sauce (हरी मिर्च सॉस)
- 2 pinch Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)


Method:

- Take a cup of Basmati Rice in a bowl and wash
- Put a pot on burner with 1.5 ltr of Water
- Cover the pot using a lid for faster boiling
- Remove the lid once water is boiling
- Add washed rice into boiling water
- Add 1/2 tsp Salt
- Add 2 tsp Cooking Oil
- Stir and cook on medium flame
- Cook rice up to 80-85% only
- It will take approx 5-6 minutes
- Check by mashing few cooking rice
- It should not be mashed completely
- Turn the flame off the strain it and keep aside for a moment
- Take a pan and pre heat
- Add 2 tbsp of Cooking Oil
- Add 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste and fry for 10-15 seconds
- Add 1 chopped Green Chillies
- Add 1 medium chopped Onion
- Stir and fry for a minute
- Add 1 cup of peeled Peas
- Add 1 cup of chopped Carrot
- Add 1 nos of chopped small Capsicum
- Add 1 cup chopped french Beans
- Stir until all veggies softens (take a minute)
- Add 1/2 tsp Salt
- Stir to mix well and close the lid for 1 minute
- Turn the flame to low
- After a minute remove the lid and mix it well again
- Add 50 gm Soya Chunks (Soaked in Hot Water)
- Soya chunks is soaked in boiling water and squeezed out
- Stir to mix all well
- Let is cook for a minute
- Then move all veggies aside in pan and
- Add 1 tsp Vinegar
- Add 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
- Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
- Add 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
- Stir to mix sauce and roast
- Then mix well with veggies
- Add boiled rice and mix it gently to prevent breaking rice
- Sprinkle 2 pinch of Black Pepper Powder and mix again gently
- Turn the flame off now and serve to eat
