Hello Friends,
In this video I'm sharing "Kesar Modak Mithai" recipe, which is made by milk powder, coconut powder, dry fruits, etc. In this recipe I'm making mawa first from milk and milk powder then making fillings using dry fruits, coconut powder and condensed milk. This Modak is absolutely delicious you won't even find in any sweet shops. And you won't even required any mold to shape it. Just using toothpick, we will design this.

Modak is very popular sweets in India especially in Maharastra and Goa states where Ganesh Chaturthi is biggest festival.

इस वीडियो में मै वोल्केनो मोदक बनाने की रेसिपी शेयर कर रही हूँ | ये मोदक बनाना बहुत ही आसान है | कुछ ही इंग्रेडिएंट्स से बन कर तैयार हो जाने वाला ये मिठाई बहुत ही स्वादिस्ट और लाज़वाब भी  हैं | इसे हम बनाएंगे वो भी बिना किसी मोदक सांचा के | तो चलिए हम मोदक बनाना शुरू करते हैं |

Iss video mein mai Kesar Modak Mithai banane ki recipe share kar rahi hoon. Ye modak banana bahut hi aasan hai. Kuch hi ingredients se ban kar taiyar ho jane wala ye mithai bahut hi swadist or lazawab bhi hai. Ise hum banayenge wo bhi bina kisi Modak sancha ke. To chalie ham modak banaana shuroo karate hain...


Ingredients:
------------

- 150 gm Milk Powder (दूध का पाउडर)
- 50 gm Ghee (घी)
- 1.5 tsp Sugar or Powder (चीनी)
- 100 ml Saffron Milk (केसर वाला दूध)
- 2 pinch Green Cardamom Powder (हरी इलायची पाउडर)
- 6-7 pcs Roughly Crushed Cashew Nuts (मोटे तौर पर कुचल काजू)
- 4-5 pcs Roughly Crushed Almond (मोटे तौर पर कुचल बादाम)
- 10-12 pcs Roughly Crushed Pistachio (मोटे तौर पर कुचल पिस्ता)
- 1 tsp Coconut Powder (नारियल पाउडर)
- 1 tsp Condensed Milk (गाढ़ा दूध)


Method:

Preparation Time: 10-12 mins
Quantity Outcome: 8-9 Modak

- We need 150 gm of Milk Powder as main ingredient
- Add 50 gm of Ghee in a pre-heating fry pan
- As soon as Ghee melts, add Milk Powder into pan
- Roast for a minute on low flame
- Continuously stir evenly to prevent stickiness
- Keep stirring it by crushing all kernels if any
- After a minute add 1 and 1/2 tsp Sugar or Sugar Powder
- And 100 ml of Milk with Saffron mixed
- Mix all well to prevent forming the kernels
- Keep stirring for 2 minutes on medium flame
- Then add 2 pinch of Green Cardamom powder
- Continue mixing until it becomes running dough for better bindings
- Once done, turn off the flame and let it cool
- Till mixture is cooling, we will prepare stuffings
- Take roughy crushed 6-7 Cashew nuts, 4-5 Almonds and 10-12 Pistachio,
- Put all dry fruits in a bowl
- And add 1 tsp of Coconut Powder and Condensed Milk as well
- Then mix all well until forms like paste
- By now, milk powder mixture have been cooled down
- Khead the mixture (mawa) to soften
- Take small portion of mixture in hand and roll between palm
- Then make some space in between by pressing in center using a finger
- And fill the stuffing in it
- Then completely wrap up the stuffing and shape it like a cone
- Use a toothpick to make pattern all around
- Similarly make all Modak
- Mix a pinch of food color in 2 tsp of Milk and paint the top of each Modak
