आज के इस वीडियो में मै "बहुत मलाईदार मैक्रोनी पास्ता" बनाने की विधि बता रही हूँ। बिना फ्रेश क्रीम और चीज इस्तेमाल किये, दूध, लहसुन, प्याज और मैक्रोनी से बनी ये "मलाईदार पास्ता" के स्वाद आप भुला नहीं पायेंगे। ऎसा गजब का स्वाद की भूल जायेंगे सभी रेस्टोरेंट्स के नाम। इस मलाईदार पास्ता को कौन पसंद नहीं करता ! हर कोई तारीफ़ करता है और मांग मांग कर खाता है। यकीन मानिये, आप जब भी बनायें थोड़ा ज्यादा ही बनायें नहीं तो कम पड़ जायेगा। तो अब चलिए अपना पसंदीदा "बहुत मलाईदार मैक्रोनी पास्ता" बनाना शुरू करते है ...

Bina Fresh Cream or cheese use kiye, Dudh, Lahsun, Pyaj aur Macroni se bni ye creamy pasta ke swad aap bhula nahi payenge. Aisa gajab ka swad ki bhul jayenge sabhi restaurants ke naam. Iss creamy macroni pasta ko kaun pasand nahi karta! Har koi taarif karta hai aur maang maang kar khata hai. Yakin maaniye, aap jab bhi banaye ise thoda jyada hi banaye nahin to kam pad jayega. To ab chaliye apna pasandida "Very Creamy Macroni Pasta" banana shuru karte hai ...

In this video today, I'm sharing very loved and favored recipe "Very Creamy Macroni Pasta". No Fresh Cream and cheese has been used hence it is so much creamy. Cooked with Milk, Garlic, Onions and Macroni, you won't forget it's delicious taste forever. Taste of this macroni pasta will force you to forget all restaurants you have ever ordered this dish. No one dislikes this "creamy pasta" food and everyone praise for this and demand eats. Believe me, whenever you're gonna cook this "creamy macroni pasta" make some extra, because you will want more when eating. So, let's start cooking our very own and delicious Very Creamy Macroni Pasta ...


Ingredients:
------------------
- 200 gm Macroni (मैकरोनी)
- 50 gm Sweet Corn (स्वीट कॉर्न)
- 4 tsp Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)
- 1 tsp Salt or to Taste (नमक)
- 50 gm Butter (मक्खन)
- 2 tsp Fine Flour / Maida (मैदा)
- 300 ml Milk (दूध)
- 6-7 nos Chopped Garlic Cloves (लहसुन)
- 1 nos Chopped Onion (प्याज)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes (मिर्ची के परत)


Method:
------------
- Boil 200 gm Macroni and 50 gm Sweet Corn together
- Take a pan to heat and add 1 ltr drinking Water
- Close the pan lid for faster boiling and wait till it starts boiling
- Add 2 tsp Cooking Oil, Macroni and Sweet Corn to boiling water
- Stir to dip well and add 1/2 tsp Salt
- Cover the pan and turn the flame to low
- Till Macroni is boiling, we will prepare creamy sauce
- For this take another pan and put on stove to heat
- Keep the flame to low
- Add 50 gm of Butter and stir to melt
- Add 2 tsp Fine Flour (Maida)
- Roast Maida in butter
- Add more butter as required if seems more dry
- Add 300 ml of Milk little by little and stir to mix well
- Do not let form kernels, should be like proper cream
- Whisk it to form like proper cream
- Once it is ready, then turn the flame off
- Keep it aside safely
- Now check boiling Macroni
- Remove the pan lid
- Take out few Macroni using a spoon and try to cut any one by knife
- If it cuts very easily then it is ready or wait for few more minutes
- Now strain Macroni in a bowl
- Put a pan on stove to heat and add 2 tbsp of Cooking Oil
- Once oil is heat, add chopped Garlic (6-7 cloves) and fry for 10-15 seconds
- Add 1 chopped Onion and 2-3 Green Chillies
- Fry until it softens
- Add 1 chopped carrot and 1 chopped capsicum
- Add some brokoli as per choice
- Fry until all veggies softens
- Add 1/2 tsp Salt
- Stir to mix well and close the pan lid
- Turn the flame to low
- Let this cook for a minute
- After a minute remove the lid and stir to mix
- Turn the flame to medium
- Add prepared creamy sauce
- Mix well
- Add 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper Powder
- Add 1/4 tsp of Chilli Flakes (optional)
- Add 1/2 tsp Pizza Pasta Seasoning
- Mix well
- Add Boiled Macroni
- Turn off the flame
- It is ready to serve and enjoy
- Sprinkle some seasoning and chilli flakes on served pasta
