आज के इस वीडियो में मै बहुत ही पसंदीदा और फेमस "किमामी सेवइयां" साही तरीके से बनाने की रेसिपी शेयर कर रही हूँ। लम्बी लच्छेदार आधा भुना सेवइयां बाजार में कहीं भी मिल जाता है। ईद और दशहरे में हम इसे बहुत ही ज्यादा बनाते है। इसका स्वाद बहुत ही लाजवाब होता है और खुश्बू तो पूछिए मत, मीठा पसंद ना करने वाला भी एक बार तो टेस्ट कर ही लेता है। तो चलिए साही किमामी सेवइयां बनाना शुरू करते हैं ...

Aaj ke is video mein mai bahut hee pasandeeda aur famous "Kimami seviyan" sahi tarike se banane ki recipe share kar rahi hoon. Lambi lachchhedaar aadha bhuni seviyan bazaar mein kahin bhi mil jata hai. Eid aur Dashahare mein ham ise bahut hee jyaada banaate hai. isaka svaad bahut hee laajavaab hota hai aur khushboo to poochie mat, meetha pasand na karne wala bhi ek baar to test kar hee leta hai. to chaliye Sahi Kimami seviyan banana shuru karate hain ...

Hello Friends,
In this video today, I'm sharing recipe to cook "Kimami Seviyan" in royal style. Long and flocky, half roasted Vermicelli is available in any market and grocery store. This dish to so much cooked and consumed during Eid and Dussehra festival in India. This has so good taste with nice aroma smell, which forces any one to at least taste once whether you like sweet dishes or not. So, let's start cooking so popular Kimami Seviyan in royal style ...
Ingredients:
------------
- 200 gm Roasted Vermicelli (भुना हुआ सेंवई)
- 150 gm Khoya / Mawa (खोया / मावा)
- 50 gm Cashew Nuts (काजू)
- 50 gm Raisins (किशमिश)
- 20 nos Fox Nuts / Euryl Ferox (मखाना)
- 25 gm Pistachio (पिस्ता)
- 150 gm Sugar (चीनी)
- 400 ml Milk (दूध)
- 2 tbsp Ghee (घी)
Method:

- Intro "Shahi Kimami Seviyan"
- To proceed we would require ingredients like 200 gm of Roasted Vermicelli,
- 100-150 gm of Khoya (Mawa),
- 50 gm of Cashew nuts,
- 50 gm of Raisins,
- 20-25 nos Fox Nuts (Euryl Ferox),
- 25 gm of Chopped Pistachio,
- 150 gm of Sugar,
- and 400 ml of Milk
- Let the Milk to Boil and keep eyes to prevent overflow
- Till Milk is in process to boil, let's continue to other things
- Take a pan to heat and add 2 tbsp of Ghee
- Once Ghee melted add Cashew Nuts, Pistachio and Fox Nuts
- And roast for a minute on medium flame
- After a minute add Raisins and stir to roast
- Roast for 10-15 more seconds
- Take out 2-3 tbsp of roasted Dry Fruits in a separate bowl for garnishing later
- Now add all roasted Vermicelli in pan and fry with Ghee and Dry Fruits
- Break Vermicelli in 1/2 or 1/4 before adding
- Fry for a minute on medium flame
- Back to check boiling Milk
- Add Sugar and let it melt and dissolve in Milk completely
- Keep stirring and mixing Vermicelli to stop over roasting
- Sugar has been completely dissolved in Milk
- Turn off the burner where Milk is boiling
- Pour the Milk to pan where Vermicelli is roasting
- Using a spatula mix Milk and Vermicelli gently and nicely
- Sprinkle Khoya (Mawa) by crushing
- Mix well and gently
- Turn the flame to low and let this cook for two more minutes after closing the pan lid
- Open the lid and will see that Vermicelli has completely absorbed the Milk
- If not, then wait for few more minutes
- Stir again by gentle hand
- Turn off the flame and serve it
