Ingredients:
- 50 gm Soya Chunks (सोया बड़ी)
- 1 pcs Onion (प्याज)
- 3-4 pcs Green Chillies (हरी मिर्च)
- Few Coriander or Mint Leaves (धनिया या पुदीना पत्तियां)
- 1/2 cup Gram Flour (बेसन)
- 1/2 cup Rice Flour or Semolina (चावल का आटा या सूजी)
- 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1 tsp Dry Mango Powder (Aamchur) (अमचूर)
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste (नमक)
- 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)
Method:
- Take 50 gm of Soya Chunks
- Add in boiling water and leave it for 30 minutes to soak and soften
- Dip properly and cover the pot and let it cool
- Once it cools down, squeeze out all the water from soaked Soya Chunks
- Grind all the chunks with 1 Onion, 3-4 Green Chillies and Coriander/Mint Leaves
- Extract grinded chunks in to a mixing bowl
- Add 1/2 cup of Gram Flour,
- 1/2 cup of Rice Flour or Semolina,
- 1 tsp of Garlic Ginger Paste,
- 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder,
- 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli Powder,
- 1 tsp of Dry Mango Powder (Aamchur),
- 1 tsp of Coriander Powder,
- 1/2 tsp of Cumin Powder,
- 1 tsp of Garam Masala,
- 1 tsp of Salt or to taste,
- And 2 tsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Mix them all and make dough
- Lubricant both palm using 2 drops of cooking oil
- Take few dough and give it a kabab shape
- "Any of Ellipse, circlular or ball shaped"
- Similarly make all and deep fry
- Take a pan to heat, filled with cooking oil
- Add Kebabs in heating oil and fry for 2-3 minutes
- Keep the flame to low-medium
- Keep stirring and flipping all to fry evenly
- Take out all fried Soya Kebabs
- Similarly fry all the resting Kebabs
- Serve with Tomato Ketchup, Mint/Coriander Sauce or Chilli Sauce
