In this video today, I'm sharing a new recipe to cook Dry Soya Manchurian without gravy. So much tasty like chicken chilli recipe and gets ready in few minutes. So let's start cooking Dry Soya Manchurian ...
Ingredients:
- 100 gm Soya Nuggets (सोया बड़ी)
- 4 tbsp Corn Flour (मक्के का आटा)
- 4 tbsp Fine Flour/Maida (मैदा)
- 1/4 tbsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
- 1/4 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
- 1/4 tbsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
- 1 tbsp Salt or to taste (नमक)
- 2 tbsp Cooking Oil (खाना पकाने का तेल)
- 1 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste (लहसुन अदरक का पेस्ट)
- 1 nos Onion (प्याज)
- 2 nos Spring Onions (वसंत/सगहा प्याज)
- 1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce (डार्क सोया सॉस)
- 1 tbsp Green Chilli Sauce (हरी मिर्च सॉस)
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce (लाल मिर्च सॉस)
- 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
- Few Mint/Coriander Leaves (पुदीना या धनिया पत्तियां)
Method:
- Take 100 gm of Soya nuggets and boil it
- Take a pan filled with 250 ml of water
- Add 1/2 tsp of Salt and Soya nuggets once water starts boiling
- And wait for a full boil then turn the flame off
- And let is rest till cools down
- Then squeeze out all the water from boiled Soya nuggets
- After that, take a mixing bowl
- And add 4 tbsp of Corn flour,
- 4 tbsp of Fine flour (maida),
- 1/4 tbsp of Garam Masala,
- 1/4 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder,
- 1/4 tbsp of Turmeric Powder,
- 1/4 tbsp of Coriander Powder,
- And 1/4 tbsp of Salt or to taste
- Mix them all
- Tune the spices quantity as per your taste
- Add water little-by-little and make it like solution
- After that dip all the boiled Soya chunks one-by-one and wrap in solution
- And fry each one in pre-heated oil
- Turn the flame to medium
- Stir and fry until gets crispier
- Take it out on tissue paper to rid extra oil
- Similarly fry all left Soya chunks
- Once all fried, take a pan to heat and add 2 tbsp of Cooking oil
- When oil heats add 1 tsp of Garlic and Ginger Paste
- Stir and fry for 4-5 seconds
- Then add 1 quarterly chopped onion with separated chunks
- Fry for 10-12 seconds then add other veggies
- Keep the flame to high and stiring
- Add top part (white one) of chopped 2 Spring Onions,
- 4-5 long sliced baby Corn,
- 1 long sliced Carrot,
- 1 chopped Capsicum,
- And 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
- Then stir to mix and close the lid for 1-2 minutes
- Turn the flame to medium
- After a minute remove the lid and add sauces
- 1 tbsp of Dark Soya Sauce,
- 1 tbsp of Green Chilli Sauce,
- And 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Sauce
- And mix all
- Turn the flame to high
- Then add fried Soya chunks and stir to mix well
- After a minute add 1/2 tbsp of Black Pepper Powder,
- Few of chopped Mint/Coriander leaves,
- And bottom part (green one) of chopped 2 Spring Onions
- Mix them all well
- Cook for 10-15 seconds more by continuesely stirring
- Now it is ready to serve and eat
