In this video today, I'm sharing recipe to make healthy protein salad from sprouted Moong (Green Pulse) and Gram. Consuming moong and gram salad keeps us fit and active all day and prevents to gain weight and helps to reduce weight loss. So, let's start preparing my favorite Moong and Gram Protein salad from sprouts ...
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sprouted Gram (अंकुरित ग्राम)- 1 cup Sprouted Moong (Green Pulse) (अंकुरित मूंग)
- 3-4 tbsp Boiled Sweet Corn (उबला हुआ स्वीट कॉर्न)
- 3-4 nos Boiled Baby Corn (उबला हुआ बेबी कॉर्न)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Coriander Leaves (कटा हुआ हरा धनिया)
- 1 nos Chopped Carrot (कटा हुआ गाजर)
- 1 nos Chopped Tomato (कटा हुआ टमाटर)
- 1 nos Chopped Cucumber (कटा हुआ ककड़ी)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cabbage (कटा हुआ गोभी)
- 1 Lemon (नींबू का रस)
- 2 pinch Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)
- Black Salt to taste (काला नमक)
- Chaat Masala to taste (चाट मसाला)
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup of sprouted Gram and Moong (Green Pulse)
- Also add other veggies such as
- 3-4 tbsp of Boiled Sweet Corn,
- 3-4 nos of Boiled Baby Corn,
- 1/4 cup of Chopped Coriander Leaves,
- 1 nos of Chopped Carrot,
- 1 nos of Chopped Tomato,
- 1 nos of Chopped Cucumber,
- 1/2 cup of Chopped Cabbage,
- 2-3 nos of Chopped Green Chillies
- And 1 Lemon juice
- "Qty and vegetables listed here are optional"
- "You can add/remove vegetables as per your choice"
- "Gram can be used after boiling"
- Add 2 pinch of Black Pepper Powder,
- Black Salt to taste,
- Sprinkle some Chaat Masala to taste
- Mix all and enjoy
- "Note: Only add salt 2 minutes prior to consume"
- "Do not store after mixing salt"
