Hello friends
In today's video, I am sharing the recipe of "Banana Choco Cake". Will cook it in Vessel (Pot) without any oven. This cake is very silky and tasty. So let's start making "Banana Choco Cake" ...

Ingredients:

- 2 nos Banana
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Maida (Fine Flour)
- 1/4 cup Coco Powder
- 2-3 tsp Ghee or Vegetable Oil

Method:

- Take 2 nos of Sliced Banana,
- 1/2 cup Milk,
- And 1/4 cup Sugar
- Blend all and make smooth paste
- And keep aside
- Now take a mixing bowl
- Sieve 1 cup of Maida (Fine Flour),
- And 1/4 cup of Coco Powder
- Mix well
- Add Banana smoothie little-by-little and mix well to prepare thick paste
- Also add 2-3 tsp of Ghee or Vegetable Oil
- Mix well again using a Whisk or Hand Blender
- Make sure mixture is very smooth and bubble free
- Add 1/2 tsp of Baking Powder,
- And 1/4 tsp of Baking Soda
- Mix thoroughly and make smooth paste
- Take a Cake Tin or any mold to shape and bake
- Grease mold using Ghee or Vegetable Oil
- Place butter paper on the bottom and grease this as well
- Now pour the cake mixture inside mold and tap
- Garnish the top using Choco chips and Tutti frutti
- Put the mold inside a per-heating Vessel on a stand
- Cover the Vessel and let this bake on low flame for 30-35 minutes
- Then remove the lid and check the cake
- Use tooth pick to check cake bake situation
- If tooth pick should be clean
- Take the cake mold out carefully
- Clear the sides using a knife
- Flip upside down on any plate/tray to take the cake out from mold
- Peel of the butter paper
- Now cut the cake in your favorite shape and size
