आज के इस वीडियो में मै दिवाली के लिए विशेष मिठाई दूध की बर्फी बनाने की रेसिपी शेयर कर रही हूँ। सिर्फ ३ सामान से बनकर तैयार हो जाने वाला ये बर्फी किसी बड़ियाँ मिठाई के दूकान से भी ज्यादा स्वादिस्ट है। तो इस दिवाली बनाइये ये स्वादिस्ट मिठाई अपने घर पर और मिलावट से बचिए। चलिए दूध की बर्फी बनाना शुरू करते है ...

Hello friends,
In this video of today, I am sharing the recipe of making special sweet milk barfi for Diwali. This barfi prepared with only 3 ingredients and tastes more than any other sweets shop's barfi. So this Diwali make this delicious dessert at your home and avoid adulteration. Let's start making milk barfi ...

Ingredients:

- 250 gm Milk Powder (दूध का पाउडर)
- 100 gm Sugar (चीनी)
- 200 ml Milk (दूध)
- 25 gm Butter (मक्खन)
- Little Food Color (खाद्य रंग)
- 10-12 nos Sliced Almonds (बादाम)

Method:

- We well require 3 ingredients:
- 250 gm Milk Powder,
- 100 gm Sugar,
- And 200 ml of Milk
- Take a pan to heat and add 25 gm of Plain Butter
- When Butter melts add Milk and let it boil with Butter
- Turn the flame to medium
- Once starts boiling add Sugar
- Stir to help Sugar melts in Milk faster
- Then add little-by-little Milk powder in keep stirring
- Turn the flame to low and boil for 3-4 minutes
- Continue stirring until turns thick and granular solution
- Take a deep rectangular vessel (or any similar tray)
- Lubricant inside the vessel using Ghee or melted butter
- Add half the thickened Milk into and spread evenly
- Colorize the rest half using pink food color (use your own favorite one)
- Similarly spread this half also over previous one
- Garnish the top by spreading thin sliced Almonds
- Apply light pressure to stick Almonds to Milk
- Cover the vessel using aluminum foil and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes
- Take it out and cut in any favorite shape (I'm cutting in square shape)
