Ingredients:

- 250 gm Dark Compound
- 200 gm White Compound
- 25 gm Pistachio
- 25 gm Cashew Nuts
- 25 gm Almonds
- 25 gm Butter

Method:

- Take 250 gm of Dark Compound and 200 gm of White Compound,
- With 25 gm each of Pistachio, Cashew and Almonds
- Roast nuts in butter or Ghee on low flame
- Take it out once turns little brown and crisp
- Let it drop the temperature, then crush all to coarse
- Take a pan filled with water and put on stove to boil
- Once it starts boiling, put a mixing bowl over the pan
- "Do not completely cover the pan"
- Break the compounds in small pieces and put in the bowl
- Stir using a spoon until it melts
- Add crushed roasted nuts and mix well
- Start filling the molds
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
- Extract all the pieces from mold and clean the edges
- Enjoy your chocolates
