Tomato Soup Recipe | Super Healthy & Hot | Easy to Make Mix Veg Tomato Soup| टमाटर सूप बनाने की विधि

 

Hello friends,
In this video of today I'm sharing a new recipe to make Mix Veg Tomato Soup at home. So healthy and hot soup, that will make you forget all other restaurants soup and will always make at home if cooked once. So, let's start making Healthy & Hot Mix Veg Tomato Soup ...

Serving - 4-5 Peoples

Ingredients:

  • 500 gm Tomato
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pcs Onion
  • 100 gm Beetroot
  • 100 gm Carrot
  • 100 gm Potato
  • 2 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 25 gm Butter
  • 2 nos Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 400 ml Water
  • 2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Roasted Black Pepper Powder

Preparation Method:

  • - Take 500 gm of Tomato (Chopped),
  • - 1 inch of Ginger, 2-3 cloves of Garlic,
  • - 1 pcs of Onion (Chopped),
  • - 100 gm of Beetroot (Chopped),
  • - 100 gm of Carrot (Chopped),
  • - And 100 gm of Potato (Peeled & Chopped)
  • - Put a pressure cooker on stove to heat,
  • - Once heats add 2 tsp of Vegetable Oil and spread,
  • - Then add 25 gm of Butter and wait until melts,
  • - Add 2 nos of Bay Leaves
  • - Add Garlic and Ginger and fry for a minute on medium flame
  • - Add onion and fry until softens
  • - Now add Potato, Carrot and Beetroot and fry for 2-3 minutes
  • - Here we add Tomato, Salt to taste and 2 tsp of Sugar
  • - Mix and fry until Tomato starts releasing water, It may take 2 minutes on medium flame
  • - Now add 400 ml of Water and close the cooker
  • - Cook it until 4-5 whistle comes
  • - Open the pressure cooker after it cools down and have released all pressure itself
  • - Remove all the Bay Leaves and wait till mixture cools down to look warm
  • - Grind the mixture to puree
  • - Sieve the puree using a strainer in a pan
  • - Similarly puree and sieve if left any
  • - Now put the pan on stove to cook and boil
  • - Add some hot water to thin the puree (if require)
  • - After a minute add 2 tsp of Tomato Ketchup and mix well
  • - Then add 1/2 tsp of Roasted Black Pepper Powder
  • - Mix well and cook for a minute
  • - Now add 4-5 tsp of Fresh Cream and mix well
  • - Soup is now ready to serve
