In this video of today, I'm sharing a very unique, super delicious and mouth watering Gobhi Paratha recipe. Absolutely new recipe and super tasty. You've had many parathas before but cooking once following my recipe will force you forget all others. So, let's start making Stuffed Gobhi Paratha (Cauliflower Chapati) ...
Preparation Time: 30 mins
Serving: 3-4 Peoples
Ingredients:
- 2 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 500 gm Cauliflower
- 1 tsp Edible Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp of Ginger Paste
- 4-5 nos Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Celery
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 50-60 gm Ghee or Butter
Method:
- In a pot take 2 cup (400 gm) of Wheat Flour
- Sieve it
- Add 1/2 tsp of Salt or to taste (more Salt will be added later)
- Mix it well
- Now add water little-by-little and knead to regular chapati like dough
- Let is rest for 10 minutes
- Till then, we will prepare stuffing
- Take 500 gm of Cauliflower, separated and washed
- Make sure it is dry outside
- Now we will grate all of it using grater or chopper
- After that we will roast and fry it in a pan
- For that take a pan and let it heat
- Once heat, add 1 tsp of Edible Oil
- Then add 1 tsp of Garlic Paste, 1 tsp of Ginger Paste, and 1 tsp of Chopped Green Chillies
- Stir to mix and fry for a minute non-stop
- Then add 1 tsp of crushed Coriander and roast for 10-15 seconds
- Add 1/2 tsp of Celery and roast for 10-15 seconds
- Now we will add more spices like:-
- 1/2 tsp each of Turmeric Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Red Chilli Powder and Garam Masala
- Stir well and roast for 30 seconds
- Then add grated Cauliflower and stir to mix well and roast
- Turn the flame to high and roast for 2 minutes
- Then add 1 cup of Chopped Coriander Leaves and 1/2 tsp of Salt or to taste
- Stir and mix well for 10 seconds
- After that turn the flame off and keep the stuffing in a bowl aside
- Now get the dough back and knead again for few seconds to soften
- Then pick a small part of dough and give it a bowl shape
- And fill the stuffing and close it properly
- Now quote in flour and roll it to 6-7 inch wider disc
- And put it on pre-heating Griddle (Pan) to cook
- Keep the flame to medium
- Flip it over once 10-15% baked downside
- Once paratha is baked properly downside again, then put Ghee or Butter as per the choice on it and Flip
- Flip 1-2 times to bake and quote well
- Take it out and similarly cook more
- Serve the parathas with Coriander Sauce, Raita, Plain Curd or Pickle
